December the First until
Christmas is the longest
Time of year.
It seems that Jesus' Birthday
Will never get here.
How many days 'til Christmas?
It's mighty hard to keep count.
So this little paper chain
Will tell the exact amount.
Break a line every night
And soon it will tell
That Christmas Eve will be here
By the time you reach the Bell!
