More of the same

Another beautiful day during our week off from school, so the kids enjoyed another picnic lunch outside.

Picnic

Day 2 of the kids' spring break. While Daddy pressure washed the back porch, the girls decided they would have a picnic lunch.

Meanwhile, Paige and I hung out inside and worked on tummy time.

Quiet Monday

Mommy's helper

Ever since Paige arrived, Grace has been such a helpful big sister.  Paige is not an easy baby by any means and fusses a lot.  The bouncy seat is about the only place she will sit these days, but she does not like the vibrating seat and wants to be bounced in it.  So usually I sit beside her and use my foot to bounce her.  When Grace is home, however, she likes to help and will bounce her for me. 

And most of the time after a little while, Paige will fall asleep.....

Swing

Paige has spent very little time in the swing thus far as she has cried almost everytime I have tried to put her in it.  Today, however, she didn't seem to mind it, even in what appears to be the most uncomfortable position. 

Friday morning fun

Followed by some relaxation on our back....

Of course, Tyler had to join in on the fun....

Lip

Tyler has been sucking on his lip ever since he was a little baby.  Give him one of his many Angel Dear blankets and he will instinctively pull in his lip.   

And it just so happens, it's always his lower left lip.....

Bubbles and Bell

It wouldn't be a normal day outside if Grace wasn't in Claire's face about something.  Tyler, on the other hand, just ignores them determined to get the bubbles to work.

Unfortunately, the bubbles were short lived....

So Tyler just decided to move onto the backyard and play with the bell....

Miscellaneous

Decided to try out the upstairs changing pad today.  Since I'm lazy, I usually just opt to change Paige's diaper on the downstairs couch.  But for some reason we actually made it upstairs and used the changing table for the first time.  But, it will probably be our last time for a while :)

Tuesday is the day Claire has her dance class right after preschool.   Thankfully, my mom and I have established a nice routine so I don't have to take Tyler and Paige to dance.  As long as I walk my mom's dogs late morning, she'll pick up Claire at preschool and take her to dance.  Then Tyler can still get his nap.  And when Tyler gets his 2-3 hour nap each afternoon, he is much more pleasant when he gets up...

Family time

Now we should be better.  Paige's face when she's pooping...

Staring down Daddy hoping that he'll get the hint to change the poopy diaper...

But instead Daddy decides to snag the Ipod Touch and play Tyler's puzzle game....
