I had been planning to put up gates...fortunately, it looks like I don't have to rush to do that!

Ultrasound

Our 20 weeks ultrasound was today and although the gender picture was printed for us, it is sealed and put away as we'll wait to be surprised at the birth!

Playset

Tyler was all smiles while playing on the playset at Christopher's birthday party.  Funny how he really didn't play on ours much at our old house.  And now we don't have one!

Fire Station

Claire's sweet preschool class went to the fire station today for their first field trip of the year. The kids got to sit in the fire truck, see where the firemen eat, socialize, and sleep, and then saw the rookie firefighter slide down the pole and get dressed in his gear. Then, right before we were getting ready to leave, the alarm sounded, another fireman slide down the pole, and off the truck went to help with a real car accident. What a neat experience for the kids to have seen a real call come in! Claire, however, was a little freaked out, as you can see by her reaction when we took the class picture shortly thereafter!
