It's been a crazy few days for us! On Tuesday, the 21st, we talked to a realtor for the first time about the possibility of trying to find a new home and move in the next year.  On Wednesday, the 22nd, we decided to go look at a house on the market in a neighborhood we liked.  On Saturday, the 25th, after a few days of due diligence, we put an offer on that house and it was accepted.  So, now we're frantically getting our current house ready to go on the market.  Poor Tyler has no clue what is going on, but he's loving all the boxes all over the house!

Swimming

The swim team at our neighborhood pool did a developmental swim team this year for kids (and parents) who did not want to commit to doing full fledged swim team with meets.  It was perfect for us as I was not ready to commit to swim meets, but it gave Grace the opportunity to work on her strokes for 3 weeks for 1/2 hour each morning.

Tooth #2

Grace lost her 2nd tooth today.  The funny thing is, I never knew it was loose and she didn't tell me that she lost it.  This afternoon, while playing upstairs, I just happened to notice she looked different.  Upon closer look, lo and behold, I found that Grace was toothless.  When I asked Grace where her tooth was, she responded, "I don't know."  Me: "Well, when did you lose it?"  Grace: "I don't know!"  Me: "Did you swallow it?"  Grace: "I don't know!"  At this point, the conversation stopped and I figured her tooth was lost for good.  Then later that day while I was walking through the kitchen, I somehow spotted her tooth on the floor.  So the tooth fairy came, but how she lost her 2nd tooth will always be a mystery!

Happy Anniversary

I don't think this was quite the anniversary gift Mike was expecting today.  Our 4th (and final) little one!

Chalk and bubbles

Why not go outside after bath in our pajamas and get a little dirty playing with bubbles and chalk. . . after all, it is summer!

Build A Bear

For Grace's 6th birthday, we told Grace if she wanted to do something special with her two closest kindergarten friends, she could pick whatever she wanted to do. Build-A-Bear was the choice! So Grace's friends Hallie and Allie joined for an afternoon of playing, Build-A-Bear, and ice cream.

Pink Power

Grace and her friend and kindergarten classmate, Hallie, were on the same softball team this year.  Today was the Pink Power's final regular season game.  Of course, the game was followed by a pizza party and trophies were handed out!
